Paul: Did YOU put in a market sell order yesterday? <VBG> I think most long time Naxonians are just sick of this waiting game. On the other hand, I believe Naxos is very close to making a blockbuster announcement. Think of it: Multiple lab certification of chain of custody material. Hard to imagine what will happen if there is a second "multiple" in the release, namely "ounces". I was wondering why Naxos would go through all these pains with the various check labs if they can reasonably expect to have a pilot plant up and running in about two, err six weeks. Maybe some of the financial deals will fall into place after they release more coc numbers, who knows? A question for Kim: What is the status of the due diligence on the J/L process? Is it Naxos' intention to wait for a final verdict from the Patent Office? (I hope not - that might take years) Kurt
