Holy Moly Dough, I'm just a simple country girl!. I had to read the IL-ACT info on your PRTL post to CEEZ twice and I think I hear what you are saying - but I wouldn't guarantee it. Here's hoping that my friend CEEZ has got this down and he can e-mail mail me what he thinks you are saying, and then I can compare it to what I think you said. If they are different, I'll get back to ya :o)
