Interesting .... do you know which broker Compaq uses exclusively for processing ALL employee stock options? Well, to my knowledge for the past ten years it has been ..... Smith Barney!

So I wonder if this is a favour Smith Barney is doing Compaq, or perhaps Compaq changed brokers recently and Smith Barney weren't all that happy.

Can any current Compaq employees on this thread advise if Smith Barney still Compaq's broker for employee stock options?
