I have finally decided to publish the web site I first put together back last Spring when Mohamed first fled the country. I hesitated to do this because of legal reasons (I was waiting to testify before the Grand Jury) because of the flack I was sure to get.
Now, it just doesn't seem to matter. The main individual who used to stir up complaints about links not working on the GIFS web site was just as involved in perpetuating the myth as anyone. In fact I gave the SEC numerous documents to back this up. Mohamed, Rehtorik, Silverman, Rutheiser, Essary...they were all in it, together. It was only by accident that someone figured out how they were getting paid.
It now seems that the fury of the storm has passed, so some of the info on my web site may be of no interest. However, as the only Chattanooga native still in the area, I have immediate access to the court records. And, I thought some of the information might be entertaining--or could possibly satisfy some of the investor's curiosity. I doubt few of them ever saw what Mo and Mike looked like. And the edition of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" which spotlighted Mo's estate ran only locally. So if for
no value other than for entertainment...check this out.
Finally, I have been watching the SI for months now. The bottom line is Mo did not act alone and most of your fellow investors have no clue as to exactly who did what.
