Add the fact that they are once again looking for sources of money to keep them afloat which will ultimately mean much more dilution. I've noticed a trend of Peak's management to focus on only one thing at a time. They started focusing only on NetMagnet and threw everything they had at it hoping it would be the next pet rock. They gave up on PeakJet. Well now they are getting ready for PeakJet 2.0 but the review is already done and we lost to Go Ahead Got It. The battle for advertising is one I have fought with Doug for over a year now. Just six months ago you could have put banner ads on YAHOO for $1,000 a week. Instead they throw literally a couple $100,000 dollars at magazine ads and into Comdex, etc. The average person does not read those computer magazines or go to the computer shows. The average person just surfs the net. And if one day their surfing is going slow and they see a banner ad for a product that will speed their browsing the may just jump on it. Anyway, it is a battle I never won. Management has this attitude that they are all knowing and the shareholders get no input in the company and should shut up and leave them alone. That is fine if they are growing and the stock is performing but it has only gone down down down. I am also very tired of the continual bullshit that comes from Peak's Corporate Advisor. I won't mention his name here but he knows who he is and he reads this thread daily. If Doug had any sense he would see that this guy is NOT helping the company by putting lots of hype on the Peak web page only to have them remove it once a shareholder points it out to Foster. Get rid of him Doug. It is one less paycheck. One can see the bullshit coming from a mile away and I promise you that any deals he is working on will only be hurt by his presence. Please add the usual disclaimers, etc. My opinion only and all that crap. I don't want Peak claiming that I alone have once again influenced the whole nation not to buy Peak's stock despite the fact that the last time I checked there was only me, Billy, the Warners, Big Bucks and also Veritas quitely lurking in the wings.
