Chill Pill taken and swallowed

I get kindah personal about an investment I care about, not so much for the money, but because I really "believe" in it's potential success. I'd like to think as shareholders we DO have some say in what goes on, and I think the Internet's a great place to voice our concerns and ideas in the hopes the Company we are investing in -is listening. There is no doubt WavePhore has done well with it's other ventures, but It's now gambling the whole company IMHO on this latest initiative. You can't blame me for wanting to be an armchair quarterback.

Regarding the MSFT patents, I'm under the impression (from other thread discussions) that VBI on PBS is different then the technology on the Cable Channels MSFT's monkeying around with, and that MSFT will be dependent on WAVO's VBI implimentation for PC, WebTV Box's, and if we're lucky, even Windows CE Set Top Box's. Care to comment on these issue? I guess we'll have to wait and see how things work out between them. If it's true that WAVO is "holding out" of a good offer before supplying WaveTop technology to WebTV Box's, I think that's great. MSFT should not be the only player in this industry that get's to play hard ball for a change...
