Pat

Many thanks for those links...I will wander through them.

Gann saw cycles and tried to match them and measure them.
Seems a lot of trading systems look for cycles and try to capitalize
on their return. Astrology also works off of cycles...of sorts.

You mentioned that you look for probabilities and act accordingly and
objectively.

That seems to be the big question...screw around with subjective
information on cycles or develope an unbiased network that needs only
information to provide signals.

In the end...we would all like a light to go on and a voice come out of the
computer
Saying...."Pat, we traded your account this morning in March Silver Futures
for a total net profit of $100,000.00. We are now 6.8 million ahead with
2 losses of $10,000 each." Have a good day.
>>chuckle<<

Should be a second big day for the market if the eclipse cycle provides
any **insurance** that it will happen. But I do not think yesterdays
jump was as stronge as anticipated. All very interesting as long as
something works.
Good Luck
