It, unfortunately, is a no brainer. the stockholders have to vote yes or they shoot themselves in the foot, instead of having JTS management gnawing it off for them. This has been in the works since last September so it's 5 month old news, really. What's interesting is that if Amber kicks in with the extra monies and converts their preferred to common, they will be in a position to take-over JTS, IMHO. That and the $10M line-of-credit from NationsBank might get things moving... Ben A>
