MK, puts rather than short. Would've been better off shorting; no time decay. Now I'm getting into that loss carryforward thing again (of course I took most of my NETC gains last year; too bad there's no carryback). Didn't even look at AOL until a couple weeks ago, but I do have a small put position now. The burns, contusions, etc. came from AMZN and YHOO. Thank goodness I own HWP ($50 and about $62) and GTW (<$37). I also own some S&P puts again (first since October). Raana, haven't looked at ATHM, but I think others here (if they are still here) have. I'm sure someone on Roger's 1998 Short Picks could help you too. Take care, Bob
