Jack, To avoid being accused of running my own commercials, I don't want to say what I use. There are a few good software packages, Cyber included. I have no beef with Cyber as software- it is no better or worse than any other. My problem is with the Churn mentality of Cyber Broker and some others. This business will be dramatically different in the next few months and Cyber-Broker will be left as a bad memory of how not to do things. The average life of the new SOES trader is 26 days, a bunch of good prospects, and for that matter, good will are being slaughtered by short-term hucksters. Drrisk and the other Cyber employees are not interested in much more than the commissions. The company has to survive and that is cool, I just don't like the whole new industry to get a bad name as a result. MM
