Paul -- on your point, note the story in the Wall Street Journal today saying MS is pulling back from its foray into entertainment programming on the web. And as I've posted here before, the MSNBC web sit recently laid off a number of people -- apparently NOT profitable.

MS is not only non invincible, it is having downright mediocre results at some of its ventures, where it cannot bring monopoly power to bear.
