tonyt, A while back, we were discussing whether it was fairer to use the closing price to value a stock or its warrants or whether, as you suggested, we should use the closing bid on stocks we owned & the closing offer on stocks we didn't own. At that time , you asked me if I would like to buy LGND from you at its closing asked price, which was around 13 3/4. The answer is yes; I would like to buy it from you at 13 3/4. Bernie
