Has anybody looked at the SEC filings lately? I just reviewed some of what is there. There is an 8-K filing in December that shows the Reorganization Plan. Our stock is listed as Class E. When the Plan is approved by the Court Class E is voided. There are no rights after the Plan is approved. I cannot understand this stock being traded let alone go up in price!
