Oil is up and we're drfting down. Not a good sign.I think yesterdays news about OPEC not wanting to move untill April(if at all) is bearish indded. The HAL news in any other sector would have sent us skyrocketing...I mean like 10-20 points in a few ds. Didn't happen.Our time will come but not today unless oil manages a 30-40 cent bump.
