Mr. Murphy, I am a shareholder of DCTC and FTEL. I am somewhat concerned about your comments in posts #1486 & 1487. It seems you are making a threat to Frank & FTEL, I quote: "I will not hesitate to take whatever action is necessary on their behalf. Two weeks ago DCI on an $11.5 million judgement against a firm who acted in a harmful manner to my shareholders."

In 1487 you state: "I invite anyone and everyone who doubts to call Frank and ascertain for themselves if we are not "working hand in hand" on this project." This statement could be interpreted many ways but considering the 1486 remarks I could read into it that you and Frank are speaking a lot about your potential litigation against one another.

Noticably absent from your response is the subject matter that has many times been stated that we want, (as the shareholders, stakeholders and owners of DCTC). Is there or isn't there a current agreement between DCTC and FTEL to jointly own FNET?

If you could clear up some of this it would be appreciated by me and many others on this board.
