Thanks for the story James.

I think Nokia is way off base in their statement.

"In three to five years, Nokia and a host of others will unveil so-called "third generation" equipment that will pump data across PCS networks at a head-snapping 2 mbps, or nearly 50 times today's top modem speeds. That will put wireless on an even playing field with cable modems and DSL."

In three to five years VDSL at 52Mbs will be making inroads into a number of cities in the U.S.. VDSL is already operating in Hong Kong and Singapore.

How can they even come close to VDSL 52Mbs or LMDS at 48Mbs? Noika, great company, though short sighted in this area. Though I'm sure it sounds good to the majority, which are uninformed.
