Grant, Lawsuit for buyers in before Feb 97 due to a news implying Dell contract instead of evaluation phase. Go to Lerach lawyer and see for yourself, I just heard from a buddy. Price dropped from 9+ due to: hype of DVDs died, poor performance from company, management screwed stock holders w/ convertible deal, and currently the lawsuit from action of last yr.
