I asked around, and it appears that RMGL offer is some sort of backup if the Eco offer doesn't go through. Davie is in serious need of cash, so if the Eco offer doesn't go through, DBCO might have to take the drastic step and sell Davie. That would obviously be bad for DBCO stock holders, but I don't its too serious. Eco has filed an extension to file their 10k. From what I heard second hand, Eco will release earnings on Monday morning and will have a conference call within 48 hours - possibly as early as Monday afternoon. At least Mondays are a better day to release good news. ;-) David
