Profits exactly. But intel has already acted this year against the interest of intels shareholders by reducing prices while there was no real threat coming from amd/cyrx. Intel shareholders is yet to pay for it. Amd is trying to work with large OEMs while intel is trying to control them. Sooner or later the player that trys to control it clients will loose - such is the life. Regards -Albert
