D. Right: The Worden Bros.indicator yesterday backs up your view that the seller came first. (You have an appropriate last alias).But considering how much stock was involved, it's a good sign that someone stepped up to the plate and the stock was absorbed without dropping. Sure looks like it is putting in a triple bottom. One other reason for buying is to get along with your bosses (at times they'll insist on shows of good faith). Another reason is to throw off "investors and analysts" who are watching insider transactions. Have a good day, Arnie
