On February 24 I suggested it was time to "back up the truck and load up" on XCIT. Message 3518665

I've been in since 8 and for what it's worth, I would say stay in. Why try to time this rascal when it will be a ten-bagger at some point? No one is smart enough to time it on a consistent basis.
