Keystone Energy Services, Inc. Creates Unique Customer Interface Program
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Keystone Energy Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KESE - news) has created a unique customer service software package, ''Power Link,'' to integrate all communications with the utility distribution companies (UDCs). The new software was designed to help Keystone's customer service center to enter and service more customers with greater accuracy. This proprietary package protects the customers' personal information by encoding and verifying all transmission between the UDCs and Keystone. It is ready for use on March 31, 1998, the new target date for deregulation specified by the State of California.
Keystone is currently registered with Southern California Edison (SCE), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E), the 3 major UDCs in California.
