We are currently revamping the NAQ board to make it more usable for everyone. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us at 800-465-4300 (press 1 for service). The symbol for the tick index is TICN, but it is not working properly. RT Trader is currently unable to display a negative number in the LAST field. If the index is positive, it works fine.
