Can anyone give me information regarding Noranda's plan distribution of certain assets to shareholders in the form of a dividend. How many shares of Noranda Forest and Canadian Hunter can shareholders expect to receive on a ratio basis?

I have read reports stating that the break-up value of Noranda is in the $34-36 range. If this is true, why has the market not fully priced in this distribution?
