Correction: Regarding the sale of stock by CEO(100K shares) this was in late summer. I sold my VLSI when I picked up the info and my sale was in September. Stock was in the 30's at that time. Sorry, for any confusion, time flies when you're not watching. BTW, I think that the basic point is clear, from the time of that sale there has been a series of downsteps in the share price. Based upon past history there will be more bad news behind yesterday's and I don't think price will hold above 20. I think this is a very vulnerable stock right now, this tech rally is going to run out of steam in March as warnings pile up, we could be below 15 by April. I've bought the stock several times below 15 and sold in the high 20's or 30's over the past few years, so patience is a virtue with VLSI.
