Question??? why is it that all you interested parties. Who have all ready decided the outcome of the courts decision can't just take your losses and forget it. After all that is why we have judges and even though their integrity is for sale, how do you know how this case will be resolved. It looks like a hands down winner for whom ever has this knowledge. The little blip may have had a purpose and it may have just been speculation. What difference does it make. Fold or place your bets. In the sec filings hammers sales showed an increase between Nov. and Dec. with a new product announcement on Dec. 30. Hammer still belongs to Stream until they prove to the courts their products and intellectual property is worthless. Do not remember the date but there was an sec filing that gives Stream the right to do business under different names. Pat
