Dear David:

To increase the number of authorized shares is an administrivia chore that can be accomplished in 5 minutes, after which, the directors will high five each other and retire for a brewsky. Personally, holding 2,000 @114 or 4,000 @ 57, (hope I did the math right), doesn't much matter to me.

Of course saying 4,000 shares kind of sounds good, raises the testosterone level just a little. And I'd get to inform Fuchi he was right about the stock dropping below 60. Hell yes! please split.
