Dave,

I call my broker at the end of the day, cant find it on the net.

When the new highs and new lows are so extended, I noticed that it takes about 10 days for the market to drop after the the NEW HIGHS/NEW LOWS peak out. October may be a good example.

Also noticed that when a market range trades the reaction to a decline in the NEW HIGHS/NEW LOWS ratio is almost immediate, but in a strong uptrend the delay is about 10 days. Therefore the 2nd week of March should be about the right timing. So overall next week, as a total week should still be up - I did not say that there will be no down days, just for the week overall it should be up, then topping out the following week.
