It's not so much the difference in the avg buying price. It's more the number of shares one can buy ... i.e. if I buy 1000 shares at 28 I could have had 2000 shares at 14. If the stock goes to 100 I don't care as much about the difference in price I bought in at ... I care about the number of shares I own.
