In my opinion,

You are on the right track. I think what we have here is someone who knows how to wheel and deal, but has not had experience with business plans. The dreamers get the companies going, the suits make it run. I think at this stage we have dreamers and planners, but no suits yet. That will come in time. Right now, getting up and running is the most important thing. These seeds seem to me to have been stagnant for quite a while, and this gardener is tilling the soil up. He may not know all the proper names of the chemicals, but he knows how to spread them. He will eventually get all the grass growing tall, but it will take a while. You can't sit and watch grass grow, so you have to have faith that the gardener is doing all the right things. I think most of us are patient people who want that grass to be green and beautiful.

And that is how you make a garden grow.
