Tod told me and faxed a copy to Sparky. Sparky in turn faxed me a copy of it with the text omitted so that I could see the title block on it. I wanted to verify its authenticity, so I called Jesse Lovell at American Lift. He confirmed the letter and he was concerned that it got into other people's hands. I asked him to fax me a copy of his stationery so that I could compare the title block to the copy from Sparky. This is one of the ways that I confirmed that Tod was telling me the truth.
