Ken: Again I thank you for your cooperation, which has been going on for some time. But, you must also understand that while you did pass on information to Todd, you could - and SHOULD - have bailed on the job, which was contributing to securities fraud, and gone to the SEC, FBI, or local state legal authorities. This you apparently did not do. If you had done that, you could have saved many people a lot of money and considerable personal trauma. I have assumed responsibility for investing in this fraud, and not doing the appropriate Due Diligence, like looking for the NASCAR construction or visiting the offices. I complained about the abysmal investor relations, but allowed greed to leave it at that. IMHO you should not be allowed to let your current cooperation, and longer term with Todd, excuse you from accepting responsibility to letting this fraud continue without trying to stop it. That being said, I repeat - your cooperation now may help to convict the initiators of this travesty. It is about all those of who lost can hope for at this point. Personally, I accept this effort as a legitimate attempt to make amends for your previous participation by employment. It is this action that I commend. Regards, Carl |
