Jake, I appreciate your insight and I look forward to your meeting to discuss WF5L with 1001. I met with 1001 in mid-January and was impressed. During that meeting he gave me an EPS estimate of 0.15 for 1998 which surprised me at the time since I was under the impression that 1997 earnings were 0.21 and 1998 was going to be better. At some point we will find out how many shares are owned by which insiders but the jump from 24 to 40. CP Brd has made some conjecture but I am not sure on what basis these shares were distributed. I would like to get a complete estimation. Annual reports typically state the number of shares owned by insiders. Does anyone know when we will get a formal statement from 1001 about this information. One of the concerns I have heard mentioned several times (and is a concern of mine) is the Morton deal. What is 1001 willing to tell us about that deal? Thanks jake, and later, Leroyt
