Compression & Encryption Technologies Inc. Personnel Announcement
CALGARY, ALBERTA--Vitreous Environmental Group Inc. has been
appointed to act as interim manager of the business of Compression
& Encryption Technologies Inc., and its subsidiary Compression
Communications Corporation. Vitreous, the President of which is
Patrick Cashion of Airdrie, Alberta, will manage the affairs of
the Corporation on an interim basis while reviewing its financial
affairs and other related matters. Concurrent with this
appointment, Grant Simpson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer
of the Corporation. At present the Board of Directors consists of
Robert David, (Chairman), Gary Hamilton (President), Don Logan
(President of Compression Communications Corp) and Glen Boyd.
Due to the lack of financial resources, the Corporation suspended
active operations until such time, if any, that it can make
acceptable financial arrangements in order to continue in
operations. There is no assurance that the Corporation or
Vitreous Environmental Group Inc. will or can make acceptable
financial arrangements for the Corporation, and accordingly, there
can be no assurance that the Corporation will recommence active
operations.
