This offering does several obvious things. Large share dilution for existing shareholders. It also provides the ability of anyone, including large current shareholders or insiders to acquire a large number of shares (via the rights)"without driving up the share price by buying them on the open market". Just think what an order for even one million shares would do for the price if there were not many sellers.Watch for the trading in the rights if price does not rise. I have seen it many times.No one likes the dilution but this is the way junior specs. raise money and sell paper.
