Barrett's three predecessors as CEO (actually, I think Barrett is COO, at least for now): Robert Noyce, Gordon Moore and Andy Grove are all Phd EE's. They brought the company pretty far, I would say. From Paul's description of Barrett's accomplishments at Intel, I don't think he's going to screw anything up (understatement of the year). Tony
