From what I understand NF should be given to shareholders at a rate of 4.2% likely in April while Hunter is to be given out later. Hunter should be a better percentage. When deal was first looked at my broker had said the NF deal should be worth $8.00/shareand the Hunter deal between $8.50 to $10.00/share. Can't locate any articles pertaining to this . Sorry.
