Well, I said I would not average down again in this stock, but I lied. I too bought another 20,000 this afternoon. Paul seems very confident of the partnership for PI. Seems there is more leverage in INCE, while some of the risk would be removed, if this deal is signed. I am really thankful that I did not buy much at the higher price so now my average will be somewhere around .20 to .25, I think. I have bought so many times, I will have to add it all up again.
