S Kugler 54, The only important number for the second is 2.17MM shares! And if you're thinkin' for one moment that this merger was only orchestrated to make RMCW a publically traded co., but it was also concieved to bust the short!! Not only will we see the $10MM, rumor is that there is another $3MM investor that will also be announced and trading will commence orchestrated with releases about the cash and MORE!!! Best thing is, the float is about certified , we have over 3MM shares called, there are well over $30MM is back orders for RMCWater and BIG BLOCK BUYERS lined up for the opening!
