Ben, that's why I asked the question am I missing something? and the facts which you posted are precisely what causes me to ask the question: The Company believes* that it is not obligated to pay royalties with regard to the ShBoom Technology.* Please read the question before attempting to answer, I was already aware of what the company believed, thank you.
