It appears that this matter will only be resolved through litigation. As far as dilution goes, the company has already exposed itself to unlimited dilution. I hope the holders of the debt are patient enough for the contracts, if any. I can't advise anyone to buy, except on pure speculation, until some contracts are announced. Even then I would advise to exercise caution. Keep posting with any new information. joe
