As BAT regresses to the mean, it approaches the 50- day moving
average. That's about $0.50. I would use penetration on the upside
as an indicator. But first, share price has to penetrate on the downside, and then turn around to convince me to use that simple
indicator, which shows that a stock is reasonably priced in context
of its recent activity. The 50-day average is always a lagging indicator
though. I forgot that simple point one day and missed a 33% run up
on a value stock named....
