I've put my foot forward to make sure everyone knows where I stand with FTEL so that when June 30, 1998 comes around, I can either be shown to be right or wrong about FTEL. When I said, "may we all prosper," I did not mean to infer that I own FTEL. I hope to prosper with the stocks I've chosen to buy. VALUESPEC
