So are you implying that everyone (including my or your grandma) are going to be buying servers instead of PCs?!

This thread is truly amazing. It kind of reminds me of the IFMX thread right after the stock crashed and went all the way down to $4/shr (back in December). Everyone, and I mean practically everyone, all of a sudden became expert in database architecture and design and were saying how IFMX would go out of business, etc.! And these were the P* off people who had bought the stock in the $20's and sold at $4-$5/shr! Well just a month later IFMX doubled and is currently at around $8/shr!

And this is true with practically every thread on SI with a bunch of p* off investors, and AMD is no different. You have your regular P* off investors like the so called StockMan who probably bought the stock in the $40's and then sold at $18's and now are upset and come up with insance ridiculous views of the company. And my experience has shown this is the best time to buy such a stock because no one wants it and therefore no irrational exuberance is surrounding the stock! AMD is a solid company that soon will be the darling of the Wall Street (and that is when you want to sell the shares you buy now)!

Just my humble opinion, as always.

Addi Jamshidi
