Bill: I couldn't agree more. This company is well positioned for a great year. They are buying like crazy in Japan right now and there will be an announcement this afternoon on the successful bidder for a major San Francisco wharf front property. A huge complex adjacent to the Hyatt Regency. IMO CEI has a very good chance of winning that bid. This is a winner. Lets keep this going.
