The main comment I would have about Bay Networks, is they are still having problems! I don't think they are a customer of MRVC. It has been noted in the past that just about everyone, including MRVC, has been beating up Bay. On the other hand, as far behind as Bay is behind 3Com and Cisco, I'd say Bay would love to buy MRVC.
