Young my speculation has been solely limited to this comment, I
believe MRVC will beat the estimates. I even went as far as to say I
also believe they will beat Lucas' 20% gain on both EPS and revenue.
If this is viewed as setting us up for disappointment, we have a lot
more troubles than you could imagine. MRVC must stay consistant with
their past earnings pattern. By placing what I view as a conservative
estimate of 20% gain, if MRVC cannot meet this, its time for me to move
on (barring any one time charges etc.). The 20% gain also allows us
some breathing room as well. Considering the company has made gains of
better than 30% on average over the past one year plus. There is no
hype intended in any of my posts. I have not posted my personal
predictions of company earnings or revenue. And again, yes, I will be
beyond disappointed if MRVC can't reach the 20% level. I will also
make an appology to all the members in here if they cant reach this.
I would agree it is counter productive to lay out predictions that are
rather high. But I also think we can have some fun with all this
before quarterlies are released, hence the bet with Lucas. It would
even be better if he accepted.
