With the cash in hand , the 15c2-11's can be finished and then the NASD will inform RMIL when it can trade.......but, of course, you know all this , don't you Kugler, you also knew about the $10MM, the $3MM and about all that we knew, but instead of informing the thread about what you had learned, you kept up the shareshaking attempt and the facade that RMIL is perpetuating some kind of scam. You don't care about shareholders, you certainly aren't fighting hypsters or promoters when they are in your ranks, I suggest your sole purpose for being here is the 5-6MM naked, undeclared ILLEGAL short position and the shortsellers you are assisting.
