I don't know -lets see the leaders battle DPI and PLAB got great market share and PLAB opened up a brand new spanking plant in DPI's home turf -Austin. ISI had great help and support from Photronics and Lucent developing their machines (used in that U of Texas breakthru ) Otherwise I need to study more (wheres my remote) eddyb
