LE..It is very simple: 2.2MM/20M=$0.11 No one gives a damn about..they should of made an extra $0.03 here..blah blah blah! I am not sure if the numbers are diluted..(I doubt it). But if you goto Zacks to get eps estimates (on any company), those numbers also aren't diluted. The point is...not many people go on diluted eps. Diluted numbers DO NOT change the value of a company. But who knows? There is a good chance the $0.11 will be the diluted number. Then again, I AM NOT EVEN SURE THAT FAMH IS REPORTING DILUTED EPS. Someone please try to find out. Jon
